Manual collection in boxes of 12 Kg and field selection. Delicate destemming and second selection of the grapes. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with a controlled temperature. automatic punching system of the cap or “pigéage”. Aging for minimum 6 months in French oak barrels of 225 L.

TASTING


Deep ruby red colour with high layer and compact edging.

Red fruits such as currant and prune with spicy and balsamic touches, a certain flavour of hazelnut and limestone, reminiscent of the vineyard floor.

Soft, but concentrated entry, medium astringency with profiled tannins and a medium acidity increasingly entering the palate, in retro nasal aromas of red fruits turn.

VARIETIES

40% Merlot, 40 % Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Monastrell
