field. Subsequent gentle destemming process without damaging the
grape seed and light pressing in an inertis press with carbonic gas.
Static racking in isothermal tanks after 24-48 hours and fermentation in
500L French oak barrels at a controlled temperature for approximately
Colour:Straw yellow with golden reflections, clean and bright.
Aroma: Peach in syrup, pineapple and honey, accompanied by intense hints of pastry and empyreumatics. Mineral touch.
Taste: Full and enveloping entry, where sweetness and
tannins are perfectly combined. Long and persistent
with notes of dried apricots in retronasal.
