There is evidence of winemaking in Mallorca since the 7th and 6th centuries B.C. and especially in Porreres after the reconquest in 1229 by James I and the granting of licenses for the cultivation of wine.

The choice of this municipality as starting point for this new project has not been casual. Its fertile lands and the ease to obtain water in them, assures us a favourable crop and a quality grape; It even allows us to successfully use grape varieties rarely used in Mallorca and look for originality.

The winery started with 6.5 hectares of land and currently owns 12 hectares, divided between the municipalities of Porreres and Montuiri. We work with different types of grape varieties, such as Chardonnay, Riesling, Manto Negro, Monastrell, Syrah, Giró Ros, Moscatel, Petit Verdó and others.

One of our greatest values ​​is that all our wine is made with our own grape, which allows us to know in detail its state and evolution and make the most appropriate decisions at every moment.

For the elaboration of good wine, the implication is important from the beginning and throughout the whole process; at the sowing of the vineyard, the moment of growth and care of the vine; during the vintage. As also several details are important, as the care in pruning, the manual collection of grapes at early hours to avoid high temperatures; but among all these tasks and details that leads us to our wine, we can highlight the enthusiasm which is always present in our work.
