Our winery is not yet one of those that leaves you impressed by the grandeur of its facilities when you visit it, but we are proud of the effort made in order to elaborate this high-quality wine.
Among many other aspects we can talk about the special interest in the permanent control of the temperature of the grape to prevent unwanted fermentations, or our press with leading technology, and that gives us the possibility to press in a homogeneous way and extract the best grape must. In addition, its mechanism avoids the contact of the must with the oxygen and its oxidation.
The special treatment of the grape starts at the vineyard. We take care of it and pamper it in order to obtain its best nectar and to be able to contribute something new to the fascinating world of wine.
