Minimum order 6 bottles, freely combinable
Cold maceration before fermentation during 5 days, alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless Steel tanks equipped with “Pigeage”.
Time of aging: 14 months, from which the first 7 months the wine ages in 225 L French oak barrels. Afterwards, selection of the best barrels of the vintage to merge them and to pass to a second aging of 7 months in ovals 1000 L. French oak barrels.
Time of aging in bottle: minimum 6 months.
Ruby red with high layer and violet at the edge.
Intense and complex, with balsamic touches. Slightly, notes of prune, dried fruit, cloves and graphite appear.
Elegant and satiny wine with a pleasant mid palate. Mild astringency that precedes the intense acidity that accompanies very good the character of the wine. Denotation of the good ripening of the grapes, as the tastes and aromas of the red fruit and the aging are in complete harmony.
Long and persistent finish, with retro-nasal aromas of spices and candied plum, with a touch of salinity, which provides a point of freshness.
